They stand behind the cart. Here’s the actual language.
Starting in 2023, all-new vehicles come standard with a three-year manufacturer’s limited warranty and a two-year battery warranty. 2022 and older EPIC language is two years from date of sale.
What is covered
ICON EV warrants each EPIC-branded cart sold by EPIC or an authorized dealer to be free of defects for the stated period. Repair or replace defective materials or workmanship.
Batteries
Two years on the batteries that ship with a new EPIC. Not covered: lack of maintenance, regular undercharging, third-party electrical damage, charger tampering.
Transfers, glass, travel
- Warranty can transfer to a new owner at no cost — call the dealer.
- Manufacturing defects in the windshield are covered. Road debris, strikes, abuse are not.
- Getting the cart to the dealer is on you unless they say otherwise.
- Work outside an authorized dealer or factory center can void coverage.
