Redline services ICON EV, EPIC, and ICON Commercial. For service issues they print one number — not the sales lines.
Warranty work belongs at the selling dealer. Any authorized EPIC / ICON dealer can perform it; if you go elsewhere, parts still come from the manufacturer and labor may be charged. Transport to the bay is on the owner unless they tell you otherwise.
Accessories are welcome when an authorized dealer installs them. Added parts only collide with coverage when they’re the thing that failed.

Eco Battery GEN3 51V 105Ah conversion — pickup and return in 48 hours — $3,100–$3,500 plus tax. Most makes. New ICON/EPIC lithium carries the 8-year prorated Eco pack.
