Redline services ICON EV, EPIC, and ICON Commercial from the Goodyear and Sun City West lots. For service issues they print one number — not the sales lines.
Warranty work belongs at the selling dealer. Any authorized EPIC / ICON dealer can perform it; if you go elsewhere, parts still come from the manufacturer and labor may be charged. Transport to the bay is on the owner unless they tell you otherwise.
Accessories are welcome when an authorized dealer installs them. Added parts only collide with coverage when they’re the thing that failed.
